Josh came out and was already working before I arrived. He took the time to go back over the work with me he had already completed. I bought a model home so it was never lived in and pretty basic. We found minor issues and he discussed with me what issues are DIY and what should be repaired by a pro. Great service and very friendly.

We used Southwest Premier on a recommendation from a friend and we are glad that we did! The inspector was great to work with, very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He found a couple fairly major problems that we didn"t even think to look for. We will be recommending Southwest Premier to anybody we know that is buying a house!

Our realtors recommended Josh to us and we couldn't be happier. We are buying a new home so we didn't expect much to be wrong but Josh was able to find quite a few things. Even the smallest details were discovered and thoroughly documented in a beautiful report. Very professional. The report was received along with a full explanation of his findings and advice for how to deal with the builder when requesting the repairs. Very impressive!

Josh was on time and very professional. He did the inspection in a timely manner, and was very thorough. He explained all details and took extra time to answer any questions I had. My favorite part was the price. We had already decided to go with SWP because of their affordable price, but because we’re in the military, he waived our Termite Inspection Fee, and took an additional 15% off. We couldn’t be more thrilled with their service and will certainly be calling them again in the future.

Josh came out and did a full inspection of our home and guest house and did a great job. He was efficient, having great innovative tools to format the inspection report, and he did it all at a price others wouldn't consider. We were very happy with SW's care and professionalism.

From start to finish experience working with this company was top notch. Prior to contracting for the work I sent an e-mail question. I received a reply the same day. I live in another state and am handling this for my elderly mother long distance. The inspector was courteous and patient going over the report with my mother step by step. He e-mailed me the report and then called me the next morning to go over it step by step with me. The report included color photos and detailed explanations. Excellent! The job we needed was done professionally, in a timely manner with clear explanations. Very reasonable rates. Inspector appeared on time, explained the procedure and after the inspection, he gave the results in clear detail. Honest and thorough throughout. Recommend highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The military discount of 15% with a free termite inspection offers the best price for comparable services valleywide. After shopping around I was unable to find another company in the valley that offers a military discount. Josh Lutz, the owner, was able to come out the day after I called him after I explained the urgency of my situation. He was very easy to work with and was honest in his assessment. Overall a very good experience.
