Fast, timely and carefull
Surgery was faster than estimated. He said he would follow up the next day to release me at 4:30. He said he might be late because he would be traveling. He showed up at 4:32 and was very apologetic for being late. In the office he is a little fast and doesn’t spend much time with you, which comes across kind of gruff but is efficient.

Efficient, Organized and Experienced
When I first came in to see the doctor I was scared, because of my results indicating i would need a biopsy highly suspicious for cancer. When I met with him he explained the procedure and at the same time gave me comfort and reassurance. When I came out to schedule the staff was friendly and very efficient. I was scheduled for my procedure in a very timely matter. I owe great thanks to my primary doctor for referring me to such a great establishment.

Uncompassionate Surgeon
This surgeon was very arrogant and must have skipped class the day they taught compassion. He brought in an intern (I think), but did not introduce her. He spoke as if I wasn't even in the room, telling the intern to "Feel her throat and tell her to swallow." He then left the room during my visit to take a call on his cell phone. He was heartless and thoughtless.
