I went to one of their tent sales and was talked into buying just about every extra option available for my car. Being a very young adult at the time AND female I believe I was horribly taken advantage of

For a car dealer, I found that they had a very well made web site and that the fleet dealer I worked with was up front and straight with me.
I did find that the accessory/warranties were both tied in late and expensive but I knew going in what I wanted.

I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle. Featured on the Showcase Honda website, I forwarded pictures and discriptions to family members spouse and mother for thier feedback. Castenada starts sending them emails as though they were the intended buyers!

All the while, he doesn't even know I'm the potential customer because I never contacted him for any information. He got very nasty with my senior mother a retired Army Officer who asked him to stop contacting her via email. After researching the reputation of the dealership. He sent a rude email to her informing her that SHE was the one who contacted him for additional information. He abruptly informed her in an email that SHE could opt of of future mailings if SHE didn't want to be contacted by HIM. I encourage everyone do online research reviewing the horrible reputation this dealership has with customers present and past.

Of course the vehicles are great. But I have bought two vehicles here and both times left feeling taken advantage of and charged more for aftermarket items than I thought I had agreed to during the hard-sell session with the financing person. Recommend getting your own loan beforehand rather than work with their financers.

Went to Showcase Honda to look at some cars, my sales person was extremely friendly but after about an hour of going back and forth with offers we finally agreed on one, when we went to fill out the paperwork the guy tried to add more money on for an extras which added up to an extra two hundred dollars/per month I told them I don't think so, then about two days later I got a call from them and they said we didn't get approved for the amount we ORIGINALLY agreed on, to make a long story short we had to come up with more money down and my monthly payment is way more than I wanted to spend so that part of my experience wasn't so great, but I do love my Honda.

Not much more to say..it's a car dealership and they are in the business of selling cars. The service department is awesome and the experience "after the sale" has been greatbut let me tell you, not a day has gone by that I don't hate the salesperson. That's all that really needs to be said.

The worst car dealership ever worked with. Don't buy a car here. Salespeople are extremely pushy and arrogant. Look for a car somewhere else.

First off, don't inquiry via e-mail, because they will tell you anything to talk you into coming in and pretty much promise you the world that they can do what you're trying to do in regards to payment, $$ down, etc. but when you get there it's a different story oh no we need X amount of $$$ down to make the deal or better yet instead of trading you car why don't you just buy the new car so you'll conveniently have 2 car loans WHATEVER!! They are just another shady car dealership out to do what ever they can to make a sale . including of course trying to rip you off!!

I have taken my Car to Showcase honda three times. twice for oil changes and once to have my speedometer replaced. this last time I dropped my car off at 8:00am when they opened and asked the service advisor to call me on my cell phone when it was done, and not my work phone as my office was closed for the weekend, he said he would, read the number back to me correctly and showed me the notation on the side of his write up sheet. however at 4:45pm I hadnt heard from them yet which worried me, as they close at 5:00, so I called and there was no answer. I tried the main line and the woman at the front desk said, the service department is closed, and promptly hung up. So I was left with out a car for the entire weekend. when I went to the dealer on Monday to pick it up, I was treated extremely rudly. this was odd to me, as they had been fairly amiable my first two visits. I told the service adviser that he might want to be nicer to his patrons, and he simly replied with a shrug and walked away. and when I told him I would not be returning, he turned around and said "good"
