Horrible!
In September 2009 our A/C unit stopped working. I called a few companies, including Diamondback Air and talked to the owner, John Herman. He was very helpful over the phone so I agreed to have his technician come out the next day to take a look at my unit. When he arrived he determined that the fan motor had seized up and needed to be replaced. Luckily, it was under warranty so it should have been a quick and inexpensive fix. The technician called John for a quote and he quoted me $485. $485 to replace a fan motor that was under warranty and would only take 30 or so minutes to replace! And that was on top of the service fee I had to pay. I immediately called John myself and he gave me some song and dance trying to justify the ridiculous cost. I told him I would hire someone else. I paid them their $70 service fee and sent the technician on his way. I immediately called several other well known reputable companies and got quotes over the phone to replace the motor. All the quotes were SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than what John had tried to get out of me. The next morning another company came out and replaced the motor and was in and out in under an hour. They charged me $110 total. I'm just sorry Diamondback Air got $70 of my money. I advise everyone to stay far away from this company. There are far more honest businesses out there that will get the job done professionally without attempting to rip off their customers.

Awesome A/C Service!
This was the best deal in A/C repair that I have ever experienced. I had called to get an estimate close to the end of the business day, and was I surprised to chat with the owner, himself. The scheduled service was prompt and at a great price. I would highly recommend this company.

Honest and Timely
My air conditioning broke down after hours on July 3. Diamondback responded to my phone call quickly and showed up within a few hours. The technician said the symptoms were that of a blown motor, a $400 part. However, he tried replacing the capacitor first (a $40 part), to see if the more costly repair was truly necessary. Luckily for me, the less costly repair was all that was needed, but the technician could have easily replaced the whole motor and I wouldn't have known better. Very refreshing to find someone who is that honest and trustworthy, especially in these times where businesses are struggling to make money anywhere they can.

The best in town...
When my air conditioning went out I had no idea who to call. I went on line and found Diamondback Air. I spoke to a man named John. His customer service was fantastic. When Barry the tech came out he was knowledgable and quickly took care of the issue. Diamondback Air will be my first and only call if any more air conditioning issues arise. Thank's guys. You really are the best in town.

Quick response
Everyone can fix an AC unit but who can do it as quickly? They can and did in my case. Very reasonable pricing and honest service.

What a great company!!!
I would just like to say thank you to Rudy and Mark for their hard work. My ac went out last night. I called Diamondback Air (which I called an hour before they opened but yet they still answered the phone) and they connected me to Rudy. Rudy came to my house within the hour. He checked over my unit and we came to the conclusion that it was time for a new compressor (which is due considering mine was almost 20 years old). This is the best part, Mark came to my house and had a brand new compressor installed within 2 hours (by himself). Let me tell ya it works great and I'm sure Ill be saving money on my electric bill. Thanks again Diamondback Air.. This is the second time I've used you guys and never been disappointed.
