Very Thorough and honest
I did not call All Phase first. I called them last. But I am glad I called them. My regular company told me I needed a new unit. They put it on barely 7 years ago. I was kind of upset. All Phase was the forth company I had come out. They were more thorough than any of the other companies. What impressed me most is when I was told I had issues in my air ducts. No body else told me this. I was skeptical. Here comes the big sale. They were surprised I had not had problems sooner and possibly why the system needs to be replaced. I asked what problems it could cause. I was told poor air flow and higher electricity bills if I was lucky but freeze ups and excessive system repairs were more likely. I told them the heat exchanger was cracked and sure enough it will cause that too. They recommended some changes along with the new system. I was surprise none of the other companies caught this but it all made sense so I had them do it. What a difference it made. I am sorry I didn’t call them years earlier. Thanks All Phase

Dishonest
I would recommend staying away from this company and calling someone else. The work they performed was subpar. I used another company to inspect what they did because my AC still is not working right. I did not tell the other company who did the work - they thought a homeowner did the work. I have a case for the Register Of Contractors and am filing a formal complaint. I should have checked them out first they have several complaints filed against them already. They claim they have been in business since 1986, turns out they have only been in business for three years. I learned my lesson for choosing the cheapest price quote.

"Great Job"
In this type of business you always wonder about honesty. They came to my house to perform a tune-up on both units and I spoke to the gentleman performing the work and asked him questions. I expected to hear there was something wrong with my units and I would need to spend more money than the service charge that I knew I had to pay. The gentleman who did my work was honest and told me everything was fine with the units and to make sure to change the filters every month. Thank you for restoring my faith in the A.C. trade and also for being neat and clean in my home. Great job and I will continue to use your services.

Fantastic Service!
Awesome experience! Christian came and did an estimate for us. Really took his time to show us different options and alternatives and suggested what he thought was the best way to go. Two days later, we had a crew at our house installing the thing! They were great! Showed up on time, did everything as promised and more! We got estimates from 4 different companies and are thrilled with our decision to go with All Phase. Great experience from first call to follow-up. We HIGHLY recommend them to one and all! Thanks for everything guys!!!

honest company doing complete work
We've had problems with our heat pump from day 1 in our new house. We tried to get it fixed but all the other vendors would come out and say replace it. They would give me quotes on replacing the system without even measuring the temp. James from All Phase Maintenance came out, took extensive measurements, and tuned my system to optimum. Fixed the problem and it works great. We will use again.

Life saver
We had a problem with our heating system. I was worried it was dead. The neighbor just replaced his. I called All Phase Maintenance based on a friend's recommendation. They were prompt and courteous and best of all had the broken part on their truck. It didn't cost much and we were back up and heating again. I was very impressed. They have earned my business.

great ac service
hired them right out of the phone book to install a new ac unit. they did a great job, giving me lots of options on units. showed up on time, did the job right, cleaned up everything and showed back up to do a follow up. would recommend to everyone.

A welcome change
No air conditioning. A neighbor recommended All Phase to me. Pat came to my house. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and made recommendations. I am nervous when strangers come to my house. He made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience. He did a great job. I am recommending All Phase to all my friends and family.
