I've had dealings with this dealership in the past and the salesman was very crooked and incompetant. I wanted to get out of my car due to me paying 360 a month. After hearing this, he offered to put me in a car where i would be paying 400 a month??? uh no. Never deadling with them again/

I started out my car shopping at another dealership, however they couldn't help due to my current credit situation.I saw the Big Blue Arrow sign that read COURTESY CHEVROLET and decided to give it one last shot before giving up. I met Robert Robles explained my current situation and expressed my frustration, he then said I have someone you need to meet it's my manager Ron Daly. I believe we can help you. Well, after a few moments with Ron he had Robert show me some cars and the rest is history. I was so excited that I didn't have to settle for something I didn't want. They were very helpful and I will be a customer for life. thank you.

I had been to several dealerships across the entire vallley, each place the sales teams were in my face and wouldn't give me the space to look around, and when I gave them a price range, they ignored it. Courtesy Chevrolet gave me the time and the space look around. Once I made my choice, Ron Daly explained all the fees and costs, explored reasonable finance offers and stayed within my budget!! GREAT DEALERSHIP! Experience & courtesy makes this dealership stand out among the crowd! Beautiful new facility! Scott Daly was efficient and really helped us to understand everything that we needed to know! Courtesy Chevrolet has a winning team of staff & has won our business for life! I highly recommend, thought we would have to go to a bunch of stores, but we got exactly what we wanted on the first stop @ Courtesy!

The courtesy did not stop at the sale for Courtesy Chevrolet. After taking my new Impala there for service, I can say I never have to set foot into another dealer or service department again. Their great new facility is comfortable and inviting, and they have very professional service managers to assist. Good job Courtesy Chevrolet.

What a difference a family owned dealership makes. My wife and I set a goal of 3 deralerships to visit before we were going to make a purchase. Our first stop was Courtesy Chevrolet. Little did we know it would be our last. The entire staff was Courteous, and we got a fantastic deal on our new Silverado. It looked like everyone there enjoys where they work, and we did not get the feeling they were just after a commission. We will recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to everyone we know.

I drive by Courtesy Chevrolet everyday on my way to work when I noticed they were having a huge construction sale. My daughter was in the market for a vehicle so we decided to stop by and take a look. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman that offered us bottle water and then asked what we were interested in. He was the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. He sold my daughter a wonderful vehicle at a very inexpensive price and followed through on everything he said. The managers were wonderful and never hassled us or gave us the run around. I will definitely refer my friends and family to the family owned dealership!

My son and his wife went to Courtesy for his first purchase of a new vehicle. Courtesy put him in a trailblazer @ 20% plus, interest, 10days later told him they could't get him financed, Bring back the trailblazer.So he went to CU got financing and found an Explorer @15%, returned the Trailblazer, Guess what his trade in truck is gone, they auctioned it out without the deal being completed, Sales figured they would put them in something else. Courtesy has the Trailblazer but still no truck 4 days later. No one knows where it is. Shame on Courtesy Chevrolet for taking advantage of a hard working family man.

I have bought my last two cars from Courtesy Chevrolet. Each time I went in alone and being a young female you would think they would have taken advantage of that but they did not. Both times I was given a fair deal and payment per month on my new Cobalts. My 2007 Cobalt has had some problems since I bought it with upgrades I had put on the car from the Pro Shop at this dealership. My suggestion would be get everything on the car from factory. But I have a wonderful service advisor Tim Jackson who is wonderful. Everytime I come in to get my car serviced he is always friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond for me each and everytime-be it getting me a discount on the price of the service or washing my car when it is there to be worked on. I love this dealership and it would be very hard for me to go to anyone else to purchase my next car.

I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala from Courtesy Chevrolet and am happy to report that this is one of the most honest and high quality dealers I have dealt with in over 30 years of car buying. I shopped online to take advantage of a $199 lease offer I saw while in Detroit on business. I inquired from 4 Phoenix Chevy dealers, but Courtesy was the only one willing to give me the benefit of the GM advertisied lease promotion. That makes Scott Gruwell, Courtesy's New vehicle Manager, tops in my ranking of car dealers. Everything was done via email and phone and I picked up the car on a Saturday when I got back into town. The process at the dealership was the fastest I have ever experienced, and they had a lot of the forms pre-completed before I got there. I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to my neighbors here in the PHX metro area. I live in Gilbert and it was definitely worth the 20 minute drive to save a lot of money and time. My salesperson was Dave Blankinship, he was assisted by George Salman, the Internet Manager. When I got to the store, the boss, Scott Gruwell made a point of introducing himself and thanking me for my business Nice touch. This dealership has done everything 100% as promised, which is the first time I have experienced such treatment at a dealership. I have bought at least 15 new vehicles in my life.
